담당업무
- - Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings with all relevant parties - Manage executives & administrative tasks (e.g. travel arrangement, expense claims etc.) including prioritizing the most sensitive matters - Attend team meetings, take minutes and track follow?up actions to complete of key deliverable - Support business initiatives and track follow-up actions to complete of key deliverable - Internal/external event management: venue hunting, planning within budget, pre-approval preparation, expense handling & post analysis of the event - Take care of company visitor/travelers in logistics, agenda planning and any ad-hoc requests - Plan budget & monitor budget allocations, expenditures and related financial activities - Collect data and retrieve documents, reports - Provide general administrative supports(e.g. ordering supplies, managing official documents) - Keep strict level of confidentiality
자격요건
- University Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) - Advanced level of verbal and written communications skills in Korean & English - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Excellent MS Office skill
