1. Responsibilities


    · Design, integrate, test, document, and characterize complex electrical systems and sub-systems beginning with specifications to manufacturing release

    · Develop Functional Requirement Specifications

    · Selection of Electrical & Electronics components and materials for Power distribution, I/O Controllers, Sensors, Cables, PCBs etc

    · Create and Release system level Electrical engineering drawings & bill of materials using Engineering Change Management process

    · Work on Electrical/Electronics engineering CAD tools for Circuit design

    · Perform various circuit analyses like Power analysis & Logic compatibility analysis etc

    · Study and recommend corrective/improvement for technical challenges/new products

    · Well versed with Part life cycle management, Obsolescence management activities

    · Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Helps and guides with peers in selecting components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability

    · Interacts with Mechanical & Software Engineer of Product Groups regarding workflow and in delivering results

    · Interaction with Global suppliers for parts manufacturing / Address design

    · Work with peers to drive process improvements and Innovations as necessary



    Qualification


    · Bachelor`s degree (or equivalent) in electrical & electronic engineering

    · 5+ years of related experience

    · Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (analog, digital), development and associated electrical board design, troubleshooting and validation required.

    · Understanding of AC/DC Power distribution systems required.

    · Experience in signals and controls theory required.

    · Has system level knowledge of Electrical architecture, design of IO Controllers and Applications.

    · Proficient in power panel electrical circuit design with safety interlocks & 3 phase load analysis

    · Good working knowledge in PCB/ Low voltage circuit design for power and control applications

    · Expert in application of power and controls technologies for systems automation

    · Knowledgeable in CAD tools like AutoCAD or equivalent CAD packages for circuit design

    · Good oral and written communication skills in English(Preferred)
