Customer Service Representative

HR컨설팅㈜는 2008년에 설립된 회사로 자본금 1억 5,000만원, 매출액 20억원, 사원수 35명 규모의 중소기업입니다. 서울 강남구 테헤란로33길 11 (역삼동, JS빌딩)에 위치하고 있으며, 헤드헌팅, HR 컨설팅, 인재파견사업을 하고 있습니다.

[담당업무]

* Order fulfillment Management 

- Take orders from customer and place the production details to converter confirming detail of production/delivery timeline
- Managing sales order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms with Sales team and relevant dept
- Resolve discrepancies found on customer orders and proactively facilitate the communication between customer/convertor or escalate
- Monitor Sales Daily transaction (Proof of Delivery, Tax Invoice issue, AR Invoice Issue )
- Issue sales invoice along with tax invoice
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
* FG Inventory Management 

- Ensure Inventory control & shipping
- Manage aged or defected FG write off process periodically
- Manage goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms(RMA)
* Sales Recognition 

- Maintain JDE system database(price/cost) up to date and input daily sales/converting cost record into JDE
* Converting Cost Operation 

- Confirm the converting monthly billing amount and notify convertors
* Reporting 

- Provide weekly Sales forecast (IBP)
- Provide monthly actual Sales report (IBP)
- Monthly closing ? Sales close, FG& FG Master management and updates, Converter`s cost reconciliation and updates sales actual report to FCST/Ops file for comparison and variance management
- Manage all customs operation & trade compliance(Import & Export customs clearance)
- Logistics service providers management (3PL, Freight forwarders, Customs brokers)
* Customer Claim 

- Accept customers claim and resolve the issue with Convertors
* Credit management/ price management 

- Manager credit/ collection term management


[자격요건]

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑

 - Bachelor’s degree 

 - With 7 years’ experience in customer service or administrative function gained with multinationals is plus 

 - Printing or packaging industry working experience is plus. 

 - Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

 - Mature, energetic, attentive, well organized and customer- oriented. 

 - Good command of English and Mandarin.
