•  - Leads cosmetic clinical service business development.
•  - Manages and supports local cosmetic clinical laboratories business. 
•  - Serves as a liaison between local and global cosmetic & personal care team.
•  - Actively supports global cosmetics & personal care testing initiatives.
•  - Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.
•  - Develop and implement strategic business plan for rapid development.
•  - Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
•  - Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.
•  - Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients and improve customer intimacy.
•  - Prepare commercial report, KPI follow-up, plana and strategy to present to the management on regular basis.
•  - Construct forecasts and analytical models.
