Dow Consumer Solution (DCS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist, focused on solutions to Korea Customers/Markets with technologies & products they need to achieve a number of high-performance attributes across 6 key market segments,  and this role will focus on Electronics industry under C&E (Consumer & Electronics) and/or M&T (Mobility & Transportation) Segment which forms adhesive, gel or convert with tapes, film at customer side  by utilizing Dow’s unique Silicone Technologies. Our vast technical resources deliver on current and future needs through application expertise and innovation aligned to 6 core competencies.


About you and this role 

We are looking for a Sr, Sales Specialist with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills. The position will be responsible of Market and Accounts in Korea who are growing rapidly under disruptive technology Changes. In this role you will have the responsibility to support the growth of the Consumer Solution C&E and/or M&T Market which generates new opportunities through revitalizing the asset which brings significant opportunities as deceptive market changes to enable growth and addressable market expansion. 

You will coordinate across all functions, including sales, Marketing, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management as well as with peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams in the other regions.

To maximize asset utilization, responsible for Forecast accuracy by working with Customers/ Distributors to enhance Dow’s capabilities to meet with frustrated demand under dynamic environment. Portfolio management about growth opportunities for short to mi-long term through CRM with aligning local and global strategies.

Responsibilities

- Seeking new Opportunities at new customers/application directly or working with distributors.

- Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.

- Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.

- Search new product development opportunities within the market.

- Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.

- Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.

- Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Product Lines and Supply Chain.

- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.

- Leads and conducts negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations, and Dow sales processes.

- Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.


Qualifications

- Bachelor`s degree is required.

- 3-7 years of working experiences as B2B sales/account manager in chemical industry, experience in Electronics industry can be a plu

- Fluency in English

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
