Asia COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Analyst
 

Position Overview:

As an Asia Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring competitive and effective compensation and benefits programs across the company’s Asian operations. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while aligning with business objectives and regional market practices. Good understanding of C&B practices in Asian countries, strong analytical skills and effective communication with both corporate and local stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.


담당업무

·    Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to analyze compensation trends and ensure the organization`s pay practices remain competitive within the Asian region.
·    Collaborate with corporate HR to develop and maintain salary structures, job grading, and pay scales that align with internal equity and market competitiveness.
·    Review and analyze compensation data to identify anomalies, trends, and potential areas of improvement.
·    Compile, analyze, and present compensation and benefits data to support informed decision-making by senior management.
·    Generate regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including cost projections, utilization rates, and program effectiveness.
·    Contribute to the design of incentive and bonus programs that align with business objectives and performance goals.
·    Assist in the development of merit increase and promotion guidelines to ensure fairness and consistency in reward allocation.
·    Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and compliance requirements in the Asian countries of operation.
·    Ensure compensation and benefits programs adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
·    Evaluate and recommend benefits offerings that are attractive and aligned with the preferences and needs of employees in various Asian countries.
·    Oversee the administration and communication of employee benefits programs, including group insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other related offerings.
·    Collaborate with vendors and brokers to develop efficient and cost-effective benefit plans while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
·    Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and corporate HR teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits strategies.
·    Participate and support various HR projects led by corporate and/or regional HR teams.
·    Communicate compensation and benefits changes, updates, and policies effectively with both corporate and local stakeholders.


자격요건 및 우대사항

·    Bachelor`s Degree in HR, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university.
·    Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in C&B or Total Rewards function; or 10 years working experience with all-rounded/generalist HR function.
·    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other advanced Excel functions and formulas.
·    Able to work independently as well as to be an adaptable team player with a strong analytical skill.
·    Professional and customer focused on your approach including sensitivity in handling confidential data.
·    Strong attention to detail and sensitive to numbers to ensure accuracy of data.
·    Ability to work in a high volume of database inclusive of populating reporting templates with employee information.
·    Strong interest and motivation to develop and grow in C&B function.
·    Good command of spoken and written English.
·    Knowledge with C&B survey frameworks and tools will be an added advantage.
