담당업무--주요업무 파란색 u Research and analyze on new and/or evolving market and trends and draw insights and implications on business strategies u Lead business development activities throughout the whole processes including M&A, JV, or partnership; Evaluate M&A, JV and partnership opportunities in light of corporate strategy u Lead strategic planning process for the company and the business u Support strategy execution and organizational transformation u Collaborate and coordinate with internal partners including finance, legal, operations teams and business divisions in the development of key growth initiatives u Develop business plans to capture new business opportunities u Create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to senior level executives and the board
자격요건
u Strong strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analytical skills u Ability to influence, persuade and engage in communication at all levels of the organization u Outstanding project management skills and ability to multi-task u Excellent teamwork capabilities u Ability to think pragmatically and ability to drive executions u Fluent in verbal and written communications skills (both English and Korean) u (preferred) Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development and strategy u (preferred) MBA from international business school 근무지 : 서울(여의도) & 청주 (청주가 base 이므로 주 3회는 청주 근무 필요하며, 최대 주 2회 재택근무 가능합니다.)
