Responsibilities ㆍTo secure high-quality customer relationships, lead to increased customer satisfaction in Korea ㆍUnderstanding customers` organizations, key stakeholders and decision processes ㆍUnderstanding business case drivers & buying criteria for specific opportunities ㆍPreparing & maintaining account sales plans in line with Service Business Strategy ㆍIdentifying potential improvements or new business opportunities for Vestas Service solutions based on an understanding of customer needs ㆍDeveloping, maintaining & utilizing market understanding ㆍEstablishing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders in the industry ㆍTo work together and communicate effectively with all departments in order to maintain a good level of interaction within the field and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers on all service operations, plan changes, delays, cost overruns, safety, and environmental issues, etc. ㆍTo be commercially aware of the contract`s financial performance and requirements and inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts ㆍAct as a counterpart to customer`s responsible manager ㆍOwn, supervise and record all customer issues in a systematic way, using available tools ㆍEnsure correct information in SAP related to contractual obligations, quotations, invoicing, etc.
Qualifications ㆍUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar ㆍWith 3 - 5 years of experience for instance in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market ㆍFamiliarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes or systems ㆍGood business sense and economical understanding of contracts ㆍKnowledge of at least one of NSEA languages
