Job Description & Requirements

Customer Relationship Professional (40197)

Responsibilities 

To secure high-quality customer relationships, lead to increased customer satisfaction in Korea

Understanding customers` organizations, key stakeholders and decision processes

Understanding business case drivers & buying criteria for specific opportunities

Preparing & maintaining account sales plans in line with Service Business Strategy

Identifying potential improvements or new business opportunities for Vestas Service solutions based on an understanding of customer needs

Developing, maintaining & utilizing market understanding

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders in the industry

To work together and communicate effectively with all departments in order to maintain a good level of interaction within the field and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers on all service operations, plan changes, delays, cost overruns, safety, and environmental issues, etc.

To be commercially aware of the contract`s financial performance and requirements and inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts

Act as a counterpart to customer`s responsible manager

Own, supervise and record all customer issues in a systematic way, using available tools

Ensure correct information in SAP related to contractual obligations, quotations, invoicing, etc.


Qualifications 

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar

With 3 - 5 years of experience for instance in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market

Familiarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes or systems

Good business sense and economical understanding of contracts

Knowledge of at least one of NSEA languages

Skilled and committed

Have significant interpersonal skills and are able to communicate professionally to customers

Experience in Account Management and contract negotiations in B2B sales environment

Outgoing and enthusiastic with a "Yes, I can" attitude

Able to cope with a high level of change and priority

Good time manager

Have a positive mindset and friendly attitude

SAP knowledge
