Responsibilities

? Technical: Providing technical and project management expertise to a variety of projects with an

emphasis on Environmental legislation issues, compliance, due diligence and management

systems

? Project Management: Ensuring that projects are planned and effectively executed, so that they

meet ERM’s and our client’s expectations

? Client Management: Maintaining and developing client relationships, preparing proposals and

presentations, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives

? People Management: Motivating and guiding teammates as well as inspiring positive

communication

? Expert in technical trouble shooting

? Good top management and client interface capability and open to travel and limited

secondment opportunities

Position Requirements:

? BA Degree or Master (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, hydrogeology or

relevant field)

? A recognized degree in a scientific discipline.

? A minimum of 7 years professional experience in project management or consultancy

? Preferred experience in Team leading (small group or large group), Environmental auditing

including due diligence, compliance and Management System auditing

? Proven project management experience, preferably including multi-discipline and multi-site

projects.

? Fluent Korean and English
