What you will do

• Assist the Legal Team Lead in any necessary capacity

• Collaborate with the Legal Team Lead in drafting Korean language contract templates

• Review and revise  Korean language contracts and legal documents

• Organize and manage legal documents

• Assist, organize, record  and act as legal secretary regarding 3i shareholder’s meeting

• Assist Legal Team Lead in the management and creation of corporate entities

• Assist Legal Team Lead in providing  Korean legal advice

• Research and assist Legal Team Lead in providing Korean data privacy advice

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor`s Degree from a Korean university of good standing

• Korean law school graduate preferred

• Passing Korean Bar Exam and acceptance to the Korean Bar preferred but not required 

• Strong oral and written communication skills in Korean

• Experience in working in a corporate legal team

• Experience assisting Senior General Counsel

• Must deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

• Must be well-organized, punctual, proactive and adaptable in a fast paced business environment

Time Period

• Full-time after a three (3) month mandatory probationary period
