Overview

This is an exciting role that will be responsible for achieving the top line for our newly formed Clinical BU in Hong Kong through new market development, effective and successful sales management and efficient business systems and process management. The incumbent will be energetic, passionate and have a can-do, positive outlook.

Responsibilities

The primary goals of Clinical Hong Kong

  • To grow the Clinical market
  • To develop customer advocates
  • Boost team member engagement

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 10 years of medical devices/capital equipment sales experience
  • Experience in working with processes and business systems, enabling sales activities and successful customer management
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in strategy development, project management and problem solving
  • Exceptional qualifying and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Experience in effectively presenting information to and negotiating with all levels of management
