Position Summary: This
position requires a close working relationship with employees and suppliers to
the human resource function. Also, closely working with Location/Division
functional leaders to align business strategy about HR fields. Executes
and implement HR practices in C&B to comply with already set objectives and
schedules and maintaining high quality standards in line with HR company
policies/procedures and guidance Takes
responsibility of TR role. Executes
Learning & Development. Supports
and manage Staffing. Responsible
for salary calculation of hourly employees & manage over time. Must
have ability to deal with people at all levels of the organization. Position requires ability to effectively
communicate in oral and written form to present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, and employees in Jangan. Leads
a major organizational administrative unit to accomplish program objectives
through the coordinated efforts of multiple teams. Managing office operations: office supply management
(stationaries, coffee & beverages, etc.), office billing, etc Create Purchase Orders for office facilities and
other related GA issues Documentation of office documents
Scope/Supervision
& Interaction : Reports to the Division Human Resource Manager, Jangan. This position requires closely working with
Location/Division functional leaders and all employees to align business strategy
about HR fields. Co-works
with TR Team to execute C&B practices and policies. Co-works
with TR Team to confirm PCS Grading, Total Rewards / Cooperate to deliver new salary
or incentive schemes successfully. Co-works
with L&D leader to develop L&D parts for employees. Co-works
with FSU to collaborate salary calculation & Year-end adjustment process. Supports
staffing. Essential

Maintain the

Plan and
develop L&D with coworking with L&D manager -
Timely supports
the staffing in PHK as representative. -
Also, Take a
responsibility for HRIS and Payroll system; PeopleSoft and Wisen (local payroll
system). - Especially
insure 100% of accuracy on Peoplesoft to collecting current data related to TR
reports. -
To meet competitive

survey. -
Projects and
services provided typically involve assessing the needs of diverse internal
and/or external customers. Acts as an
advisor to staff to resolve administrative and operational problems. Directly participates in establishing and
administering division-wide projects and priorities -
Take
an active role in understanding the voices from employees and recommend & develop
approaches and programs to each division or business unit’s leaders and to HR
team. -
Proactively
address and resolve employee relations issues through on-going communications -
Serve as human
resource consultant and facilitator to managers and supervisors regarding
organizational issues, business needs, and performance management. -
Recommend
and interpret company policies. -
Take
a responsibility in location wide all administrative functions. -

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources,
Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education

Frequently required to stand and walk.
