- Commercial responsibility within his/her area towards the head of department/team leader

- Handling of business cases in the area of air cargo import shipments and delivering of shipments
- Organisation of cargo routings through other Hubs and distribution to branch offices
- Create SOP`s
- Pricing and calculation; makes offer to customer and partners
- Accepts offers and optimises the organisation of transport

- Issues and monitors transportation documents, collects documents for dispatching and delivering of shipments

- Electronic data processing

- Organizes the check-in procedure, export customs clearance and the dispatching of shipments

- Coverage of insurance (temporarily or permanently)

- Composes records about damages and deficits of shipments and complaint orders

- Issues invoices of the accumulated expenses respectively transfer to the person in charge for invoicing

- Filing of business cases

- Enters the data of new customers, partners and service provider and updates existing ones 

- Generate sales leads

- Customer service, keeps contact with agents

- Price negotiations with airlines and General Sales Agnets(GSA)
- Selection of service provider
- Optimizes the service-level
- Monitors the completion of procedures for dispatching and delivering of shipments
