KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Mission: To Develop the business within the responsible region to achieve retail targets To allocate sales target within region and to Drive sales growth with his managerial team (Account executives, Store managers) and front-line sales team (BA trainers)
-Business analysis *Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region *Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected *Negotiates with retailers` field managers about the best opportunities for our brands (for retailers) -Recruits, manages, develops and retains his direct team (account executive, store & counter managers) on operational excellence and business performance -Follows and Drives actions on Mystery shopper/ NPS results -Ensures operational excellence -Drives & Follows up on CRM database -Leads by example in service and sales -Oversees BA and Store Managers population, coaching, educating motivating teams -Monitors BA turnover rate -When in-store RBM coaches and develops teams by selling side by side with teams, while seeking ways to grow each of their business doors -Best implement of brand DNA and expression in the point of sales -Main KPI: BA turnover rate/ Store Mger turnover rate NPS & MS result Financial direct contribution Retail KPI’s per store/ area: IPT/AUS/ traffic/ sell-out/ productivity
QUALIFICATIONS -Education: University graduate (BA/BS degree etc.) -Years of experience: +10 years -Career Specific Experience *Minimum 5~6 year experience in Communications in the cosmetic/FMCG industry *Language: Business communication in both Korean and English -Other Skills *Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
