ㆍReport to the Site Supervisor

ㆍConduct timely scheduled maintenances, respond and troubleshoot turbine issues

ㆍAlways ensure and promote safe working practices

ㆍBe trusted, accurate, detailed and have good observations skills, follow complex technical instructions in English and improvise, when necessary, to complete work effectively and of the highest standard

ㆍContinuously identify potential troubles in the Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and actively contribute to operational improvements to support us build a brand worthy of committed services and high quality turbines fleets

ㆍPlan and implement daily work demands based on-site work rosters and schedules

ㆍUnderstand each work scope, read and validate necessary service work instruction

ㆍIdentify the required tools and parts for each assigned work

ㆍResponsible to check availability of all required tools and parts before the actual workday

ㆍConduct regular safety checks of equipment and tool

ㆍConduct re-certification of equipment and tools

ㆍComplete tasks timely as agreed with Site Supervisor

ㆍActively participate in Quality, OH&S and Environmental awareness and requirements

ㆍParticipate toolbox and daily work team briefings

ㆍUphold site safety protocols to all Vestas onsite personnel and visitors

ㆍPromoting and actively participate in 5S and LEAN

자격 요건 Qualifications

ㆍHigh school graduate or bachelor`s degree is a bonus

ㆍBackground in Electrical or Mechanical experience is a bonus but advantage to have high voltage

ㆍHas a valid driver`s license in Korea

자격 요건 Competencies

ㆍKorean native-speakers, English proficiency required

ㆍComfortable working at heights

ㆍFamiliar with Windows OS and MS Office, SAP would be beneficial
