Develop marketing objectives, strategies & tactics and execution to achieve products` goals by capturing business opportunities.

• Lead key marketing activities required for BD_molecular and cytology business and coordinate regional marketers, sales, clinical marketing teams and shared functions such as SMC, F&A, RA and PA, etc.
• Plan financial budgeting such as annual revenue, profit forecasts, pricing and expensing linked to business goal & objectives.
• Support sales teams to manage major distributors effectively thru reviewing IMS/TMS and FDS(KPIs).
• Maintain a high level of market knowledge and remain up-to-date with changes.
• Perform analysis as seen as necessary for the efficient operation and control of the business.
• Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
• Sales/Marketing experience in molecular diagnostics field
