Monitor agency: setup workflow and planning + reporting

Partner with Social Media Specialist to
develop, co-define integrated communication plan and ensure quality execution

Supports any necessary translation and
correction work for PR and branded materials

Work with agencies and submit weekly/monthly PR
report as well as influencer report to Regional Marketing team

Do payment invoicing for PR media agency, influencers,
vendors for events and ads

Handle product seeding for media &
influencers: check the inventory of selected styles and sizes, accounting
process, shipping/delivery

Manage marketing PR samples: receiving from
the factory, accounting process, ship to the PR agency and manage the samples
