Job Description

Job Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist

Job Reports to: Manager, Integrated Marketing

Job Level: Individual Contributor

Department: KR-OVH-Marketing

Location: Seoul, Korea

Role Mission:

To be responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing communications (IMC) touching upon various communication channels including retail, wholesale, PR, direct-to-consumer events, influencer, and digital/social media locally, based on Regional/Global directions and guidelines.

 

Key Process Accountabilities

Key Activities

1.       Marketing Campaign

 

-          Liaise with internal and external stockholders such as sales team, accounts, PR/Social agencies, event management on campaign planning and execution in the market

-          Land integrated consumer marketing campaigns across functions/disciplines

-          Localize/prepare marketing content for local market based on the Regional/Global directions and master copy

2.       Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)

-          Collaborate on the development and deployment of a communication strategy

-          Development of Earned Media Strategy within the yearly communication strategy and provide update on the 12 Monthly PR strategy calendar

-          Build, manage and own seamless communication to help enforce timely execution and coordinate across WHS, RTL, Ecom, digital, social, influencer and PR channels

-          Drive consumer engagement using local consumer insights and market data to develop seasonal, launch, & sustain marketing communications

-          Monitor agency: setup workflow and planning + reporting process

-          Partner with Social Media Specialist to develop, co-define integrated communication plan and ensure quality execution

-          Supports any necessary translation and correction work for PR and branded materials

-          Work with agencies and submit weekly/monthly PR report as well as influencer report to Regional Marketing team

-          Do payment invoicing for PR media agency, influencers, vendors for events and ads

-          Handle product seeding for media & influencers: check the inventory of selected styles and sizes, accounting process, shipping/delivery

-          Manage marketing PR samples: receiving from the factory, accounting process, ship to the PR agency and manage the samples

3.       Wholesale/Retail Marketing

-          Plan and develop MB, PS, Retail marketing support programs

-          Organize in-store consumer events for key account/partner/retail stores

-          Direct local events agency to organize in-store consumer events

-          Partner with VM to create artwork and copy for WS key account-specific needs

-          Liaise with WS Sales team and key accounts marketing team on marketing planning and execution

-          Liaise with Retail Sales team and store staffs for all retail promotions

-          Partner with Graphic Designer to create artwork for promotional/consumer materials and vendor sourcing

-          Do payment invoicing for vendors for events and marketing materials

-          Assist on planning and organizing tradeshow and sales meetings: print out the product catalogue, do payment invoicing for all vendors

4.       Budget Management

 

-          100% usage of SAP for approval and Vendor/PR/PO creation

-          Spend within allocated budget and ensure expenses record are up-to-date

5.       Miscellaneous

-          Monitor and evaluate the cost effectiveness and return on investments of all marketing activations in the market

-          Inform and share the Global/Regional marketing data, marketing materials to internal staffs as well as agencies

-          Submit the monthly & quarterly marketing review deck

Job Requirements:

Education

- Degree in Marketing or general discipline

- Educational background in Marketing is an advantage

- Relevant system qualifications/certifications are a plus

- Overseas education is an advantage

Experience

- 3-5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in sports, fashion, or lifestyle industry

- Marketing communications campaign planning and execution experience

- Work experience at PR, media agency is an advantage

Knowledge

- Marketing KPI’s and Medial landscape

- Good written and spoken English

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and PowerPoint

- Analytical numerically

- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage

Interpersonal Skill

- Team player, able to build effective relationships with Crocs regional teams

- Detail-oriented, matriculate, inter-personal, creative and open-minded

Travel Requirement

- Domestic travel can be necessary

- Overseas business trip can be necessary
