A global industrial electronics and automation manufacturer is searching for a C&B Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of overseeing compensation and benefits, and other HR operations. This role is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and execute initiatives for compensation and benefits
  • Create and engage in market surveys to gather and evaluate competitive salary data
  • Track rewards programs and pay scales
  • Ensure adherence to compensation-related matters with local laws
  • Manage HR procedures and policies
  • Improve operational effectiveness of HR by managing HR systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (business administration is advantageous)
  • More than 10 years of experience in human resources
  • More than 5 years of experience in C&B
  • Understanding of Korean labour law and employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in English
