담당업무

? Engage, inspire and support our talent throughout the employee lifecycle from talent attraction, onboarding, engagement, development and retention 
? Engage business stakeholders on succession planning, talent assessment calibration and people development 
? Drive learning and engagement initiatives to promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to enable a positive workplace and inclusive culture 
? Lead the recruitment of diverse and quality candidates, including working with line managers to define hiring requirements, refining job descriptions, sourcing, selection and package offer 
? Review monthly payroll and related C&B processes and reporting 
? Support annual salary and compensation review process 
? Closely work with Regional HR Shared Services team on relevant HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle 
? Support the identification, development, implementation, review and analysis of HR policies, practices and procedures 
? Partner with Managers to advise on HR-related matters and impact of any business changes 
? Develop and implement new HR initiatives as well as employee engagement/ wellness activities across the organization  


자격요건

? 5-7 years relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP role 
? Solid understanding of local employment ordinance and statutory requirements 
? Possessing exposure in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will be preferable 
? An independent yet collaborative team player, self-starter, people focused and results oriented 
? A strong communicator with interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills to manage key stakeholders across regional office and local market 
? Strong in planning, organization and implementation 
? Agile, creative, curious, cross-culturally sensitive 
? Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability 
? Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative 
? Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
