담당업무

  1. -Develop a supply base and the appropriate relationship with the suppliers that supports the overall goals of the business, and source and procure of materials, parts, components and assemblies to provide company with a competitive edge through lower materials cost under TCO(Total Cost of Owner) scheme, quality products, shorter manufacturing cycle-time and timely delivery to Plant SCM.
  2. -Place Purchase orders and delivery control(On time delivery), Spend review, Supplier development/management, Market Analysis.
  3. Undertake sourcing such as negotiation, expediting, pulling out, resolving ambiguity, problem solving to complete jobs effectively and efficiently within the boundaries of the Sourcing Policies and Procedures.
  4. -Assist internal stakeholders in procurement related activities
  5. Retain at all times the responsibility and accountability for all commercial negotiations and agreements with respect to the terms and conditions of supply.
  6. Update and maintain Approved Supplier List to ensure there are correct and approved entries for all current suppliers and for any supplier used over the past years for projects and service.
  7. -Lead and manage the extension of the payment terms initiative with all suppliers
  8.  Conduct market analysis and make benchmark pricing to ensure pricing competitiveness.
  9. -Support new product developing and/or transfer program by acting as focus person to co-ordinate sourcing activities until product launching, handover to buyer after project award.
  10. -Conduct supplier survey and assessment jointly with Supplier Quality and Engineering group.


자격요건

  • -Purchasing related Bachelors degree required. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Chemical and/or a related field are preferred
  • -5+ years of experience as sourcing specialist / SCM in a manufacturing environment(not just as a tactical buyer)
  • -Advanced level of written and verbal communication skill in Business English to precisely and succinctly convey relevant information and knowledge to others at all levels
  • -Skilled practitioner with SAP, Oracle and Excel skills
  • Effective analytical skills and decision making to provide sound commercial recommendations, problems solving and time management
  • -Skilled procurement negotiator for bids, implementation and if required damages claims(replacements)
  • -Ability to work autonomously, effectively within a team and in cross-functional teams whilst recognizing when it is appropriate to escalate an issue to management
  • -Prioritizing of multiple projects, tasks and time-lines to meet demand
  • Strong ownership, Positive attitude, self-driven, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated Process improvements experience in accomplishing goals
