? 부서 내 직원을 감독하고 부서 운영 매뉴얼에 명시된 올바른 서비스 기준 및 방법을 유지한다. (회계의 전반적인 부분)
(스칼라 시스템에 대한 철저한 이해 및 Opera 시스템에 대한 작업 지식)
? 모든 일반 원장 계정을 관리하고 기록합니다. 그리고 모든 하위 대장이 일반 대장에 동의하도록 한다.
? 계정 사무원이 작성한 모든 월간 일지를 확인하고 확인합니다.
? 할당된 저널 항목을 월별로 준비하고 모든 월간 승인된 저널 항목을 게시합니다.



? Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner
? Supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department’ Operations Manual. (for Overall Part of Accounting)
(Thorough understanding of the SCALA system and working knowledge of the Opera system)
? Maintains and records all general ledger accounts. And ensures that all sub-ledgers agree with general ledger.
? Checks and verifies all monthly journals prepared by Accounts Clerks.
? Prepares monthly journal entries as assigned and posts all monthly-approved journal entries. 

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력7년↑

? 경력: 회계 경력 7년 이상 (호텔 회계팀 경력 우대)
? Computer skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? International hotel brand experience is a plus
? Prefer English capability both written and spoken
? Positive mindset, teamwork and strong leadership
