Overview

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role as APAC Commercial Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director for APAC. This role will work closely with Regional Sales and Corporate Marketing and Product management teams to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that will drive growth and ensure that region reaches or exceed AOP(Annual Target). The candidate will also expected to build and manage the APAC demand generation and insides sale team.

Responsibilities

  • - Take the lead the development and execution of regional initiatives to drive growth. Collaborate with Sales, Central Marketing and Product management teams to develop these initiatives
  • - Manage and coach demand generation and insides sales team create KPI to ensure they meets business objectives
  • - Ensure that regional digital marketing develop the marketing lead pipeline and meet monthly, quarterly demand generation targets
  • - Manage budgets across regional marketing campaigns and channels; Measure and analyze marketing campaign ROI
  • - Support the market segment and product management teams as needed to ensure successful commercialization of new product releases and ensure affective ramp.
  • - Work with sales and product management to develop new campaigns and leverage existing content and create sales tools
  • - Must demonstrate ability to work in cross functional teams to advance goals.

Qualifications

  • - Minimum of a degree in physical, materials science, life sciences or engineering with relevant technical experience to understand highly complex technical products. Sales experience a major plus
  • - Good understanding materials science markets and end use customers
  • - Marketing or Business field. MBA preferred.
  • - 3+ years of digital marketing and demand generation experience
  • - Working knowledge of CRM, Google analytics, social media campaign analytics and marketing automation tools
  • - Experience of marketing to technical customer audience
  • - Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and growth
