Job Description: Visioning the sustainable business by securing competitiveness through innovation and this digital product manager will be able to build a Digital Sales Foundation and make sure the customers are offered with emotional and attractive offers via the right channel at the right time. This Digital Product manager needs to : - Understand the whole process of product development, configuring, volume planning, pricing, and launching. - Be able to develop digital products based on actual product planning. - Be able to develop the digital product sales and marketing strategy. - Implement CoDU in the markets, focusing on the organizational setup, resource/budget planning, target achievement, product management and training. - Performance monitoring and the development of measures to make sure targets are achieved.
Qualification: - Hold a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in a business and/or digital field. - Min. 2 years’ experience working in a market (product management, sales, marketing) or experience with market steering/area management. - Experience with project management, agile methods, and digital product affinity. - Able to work in an innovative environment where cross functional teams are the norm. - Strong personality, getting in touch with people pro-actively and sharing information with stakeholders is in your nature. - Analytical skills to swiftly understand specific national/regional consumer behavior patterns - Fluent in Business English is a prerequisite. - Confident appearance in international environment and willingness to travel.
