? Conduct on-going coaching and development of retail management team to ensure consistent and effective Experience for sales associates in the market 

? Support Client Services Team to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer service experience including all knowledges of the services and products

자격요건

ㆍDegree or relevant professional qualifications in the related discipline 

?  Minimum 15 year-working experience 

 ? Good knowledge of high0end luxury business and products 

 ? Experience in Retail/Hospitality background are an advantage 

?  Proven training background  and good understanding of learning

 ? Fluent in English and Korean
