?       Manage project sourcing activities. Lead supplier price negotiation and drive cost saving activities through VE/CE etc

?       Develop commodity strategy to align with business strategy.

?       Sponsor cross-function teamwork to effectively execute commodity strategies

?       Select and manage required suppliers who have the capacity and capability to meet the material needs of the business

?       Plan and execute supplier negotiations to obtain best-in-class pricing, terms and conditions

?       Establish a continuous project deck pipeline and conduct regular reviews to deliver to an Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

?       Implement practices to enable technology-driven processes including e-Auctions of major spend opportunities.

?       Actively work together with global Sourcing co-workers to leverage Honeywell spending to extract benefits for the company.

?       NPI sourcing related, including supplier selection, setting up product cost and supply chain for mass production (including all required admin things like contract)

?       Trade compliance related, Once a year COO update with detail back data and handle Korea Custom audits

?       Buyer activities support, PO releasing & delivery pull in

자격요건

?       8+ years experience in an automotive, industrial, similar global high-mix manufacturing business

?       Minimum of 3 years experience in a Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement people management role 

?       Experience building and leading global sourcing teams with an emphasis in Korea

?       Experience with factory start-ups and/or improving sustaining operations

?       Working knowledge of the regional Asia-Pacific supply base

?       Fluent in both English and Mandarin

?       Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred

?       SAP/Oracle functional experience

?       University degree, preferably an MBA

?       CPM or CIPS certification is a plus.
