Learning and Development/Talent Development
? Design, develop and deploy leadership development programming aimed at mid to senior level leaders in Korea. ? Develop, develop and deliver career development and training programs to foster employee’s career progress ? Propose and prepare L&D programs, activities and material and execute for the timely delivery ? Identify relevant and appropriate external learning providers for specific learning projects, and select, contract and on board the chosen provider. ? Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials ? Deliver behavioral and managerial courses, new-hire onboarding ? Provide action plan and implement in order to increase employee engagement ? Manage performance management and talent review process ? Develop and implement Employee Award & Recognition Program ? Build a culture of inclusion through supporting the Purpose, Vision and Values and provide thought leadership to our employee networks.
HR Business Partner ? Partner with Business/Function leaders to deliver a HR service ? Support Business/Function in talent assessment/development, workforce and succession planning ? Deep knowledge on Business work systems in which people succeed and contribute. Help design processes to support business plans ? Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives for Business/Function
자격요건
? Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource Management or equivalent
? Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources (HR/OD/LD) experience including experience in a talent development specialty role and/or business partnering capability. ? Relevant working experience with multination companies in a matrix environment preferred. ? Demonstrated strong interpersonal/influence skills in dealing with all levels of leaders, develop relationships within the organization, and leverage the formal and informal organizational structure to assist in goal achievement. ? Expert knowledge of the principles and methods of managing Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Talent Management/Succession Planning, Facilitation, Learning and Development expertise, and Organizational Development ? Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
? Experience managing projects across organizational lines.
