Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for managing Cold Chain, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning (AC), Heating, Transportation & Cooling controls via establishing / maintaining relationships with market influencers and players including customers, performing daily sales/marketing activities, engaging in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process actively, and supporting vertical business leaders in their planning / execution / re-planning cycle for new program & products in Korea.
1. Country sales - 50% * Yearly/quarterly sales amount budgeting by vertical & by customer; Weekly & monthly sales update/ progress reporting with analysis across verticals including Refrigeration / AC / Cold Chain / Flow Controls * Achieve sales target consistently via well designed back-up planning
2. Customer account management - 20% * Manage composite customer accounts / sales channels & build up / maintain good relationship with them *Manage channel conflicts if any so as to maximize business growth opportunity & company profitability *Keep exploring new local business partner candidates and developing to customer accounts list
3. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) - 10% * Actively engage in S&OP process for the country * Prepare / input Country Demand Management Meeting by customer * Closely monitor market and customer feedbacks & requirement and deliver to relevant cross functional team and/or management for improvement
4. New Business Opportunities (NBOs) development - 20% * Develop NBOs identification & in-time realization * Connect NBOs to new product programs with aid from in-region marketing folks & vertical business leader *Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to penetrate inNew or adjacent market and Business Opportunity

Education and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as mechanical, electrical engineering or HVAC related fields
Requirements and Attributes: - * Basic or intermediate spoken & written English (English level will be evaluated in interview process)
- * A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or HVAC field
- * Good communication and skills
- * Proven success in delivering sales, strategic vision and quantitative analysis
- * Positive attitude, a collaborative and strong team player
* Proficiency in computer skills, Good at utilizing Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
