The International Business Developer (IBD) is a technical sales role, forming part of the global Hilti Business Development community. As the International Business Developer you will be proactively developing business opportunities through a selected portfolio of Top Accounts involved in the Electronics industry worldwide.
Segment Marketing Manager is one of most important marketing function in Hilti group who drives business development for specific segment. This position is for Industry(i.e. Manufacturing) segment and location is Korea.
Key Role and Responsibilities with this position is following :
Make yearly business plan and mid/long-term business strategy for Industry segment through identifying key sub-segments, defining market potentials, Application value proposition development, Sales team setup proposal, etc.
Product portfolio management for Industry segment with Asia region and HQ team, especially for Hilti BU Installation System portfolios
Multi products combined application development for Industry through value proposition assessment
Drive BU Anchor business growth in Industry with Global team through key account development
Enhance Industry sales team competence through periodic training, making & distribute training materials
