Job Description
Install equipment at customer’s locations, including new equipment, upgrades and system relocations. Develop and implement solutions to unusual and complex technical problems escalated from field service or by customers.
Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer, and technical support in isolating and solving problems. Perform data analysis of systems to resolve problems and/or to improve system performance.
