Game Champions work very closely with Supercell Game Champions. The Game Champion is an expert on procedural, tools, gameplay and Supercell culture knowledge. The Game Champion facilitates the transfer of information between their own organization and Supercell, be it ad-hoc information (e.g. temporary outage of service) or longer standing and more extensive information (e.g. new game features, new procedures). The Game Champion works with other internal teams to help the organization identify, analyze and provide solutions to trends in player and agent behaviors. The Game Champion is an ambassador of Supercell culture and passion for Supercell games. The main goal of the Game champion is to make sure the team has all the knowledge shared from Supercell implemented so that the team can provide the best customer support to our players.
- Supports all teams of the organization with expert knowledge of procedures, tools, gameplay and
Supercell culture. - Supports agents through escalations, one to one coaching as well as larger-scale presentations and trainings. - Documents information required by agents and makes it available to agents. - Provides high quality feedback to Supercell on common player perceptions and misconceptions about
game features as well as issues and game bugs. - Provides high quality feedback to Supercell on procedures through familiarity with how agents follow
procedure and how players are affected by them.
- Identifies opportunities for developing his or her workflow within the organization and designs,
together with the other teams, initiatives driving improvement in these areas. - Carries out various Supercell assignments and participates in developing external GC practices as
part of global team of cross-partner Game Champions. - Communication medium for Supercell and non-English speaking management members. - Accurately delivers and oversees the implementation of information for daily operations on topics such as :: Email & messenger communications from Supercell and/or other partners :: Deliver communications from and to Trainers and QAs :: Procedure and tool changes from and to Supervisors
- 3+ years’ experience in game industry (communication specialist field - A good level of English (in both written and spoken) - A good level of Korean (in both written and spoken) - Proactive mindset, seeks continuous improvement of his or her own work but also of his or her
organization’s way of working - Approachable personality who keeps calm under pressure - A team player who can handle solo responsibility - Skilled communicator, oral and written - Focused and hard working - Adaptable to new ways of working, thinking and willing to adopt different approaches based on
the task at hand - Data analyzing mindset (interest in analyzing phenomena through data) - Understanding the importance of (and has the habit of) documentation and disseminating information
as required (knowledge management) - Open to and comfortable of receiving and giving constructive feedback

- Previous experience in customer service industry - Previous experience in Management position - Passion for Supercell games - English level test to prove skill level (toefl, TOEIC, OPIc, etc.)
