1.1. FP&A basically set up according to global/regional guideline and consolidate budget & 5 year plan reflected by management strategic and operating business plan properly 1.2. Timely prepare for P&L simulation template to management decision-making, submit the financial plan & estimate financial statement to BPC reporting system and report to regional team within timeline 2. Latest Forecast ? by quarter 2.1 Check out the company’s financial status and analysis issues for achieve goals 2.2. Coordinate and estimate each financial items with Sales, COGS, OPEX, Tax, B/S accounts and other items by providing the data source and analysis from each in-charges 2.3. Provide variance analysis and key highlights between 5 Year budgets and forecast 2.4 Timely submit the financial statement reporting package with variance analysis between budget and forecast to APAC regional team 3.Analyze Actual Financial Statement & EBITDA ? By month 3.1. Check out the company’s financial status for actual results and analyze issues for achieve goals 3.2. Analyze company-wise each financial items with Sales, COGS, OPEX, Tax, and other items by providing the data source and analysis from each in-charges 3.3. Inform and give advice for corrective actions to the each account in-charge person to correct errors if any 3.4. Provide variance analysis and key highlights between 5 Year budget, Latest forecast and Actual on monthly basis 3.5. Timely submit the financial statement reporting package with variance analysis reported to APAC regional team 4. Actual System Reporting to Global system 4.1. Submit the actual financial statement to BPC7.5 reporting system within global timeline 4.2. Provide data migration with financial outcomes from local ERP and BPC7.5 and help out the in-charges to capable to submit the actual financial statement to BPC10 reporting system, getting along with D1&D2 schedule under global due date. 5. Support CFO for ad-hoc issues and deliver reports as per management requests 6. KPI Management 7. Other follow-up for APAC requirements
1. Bachelor Degree, Accounting or business management 2. Minimum: 6 to 10 year working experience at accounting or financial planning department in multinational company(s) 3. Professional qualification (i.e. U.S.CPA or MBA) is preferred, but, not mandatory 4. Good command of both spoken and written English
