HERO SUSHI has extensive experience with hospitalities from the fine dining restaurants, localized cafes to take-away Sushi bar in the busy city areas.

From our inception and base of food at the Cafe at the Bar Indigo in Double Bay, our company has carefully planned our expansion that commenced with our first Hero Sushi store in the Sydney C.B.D.

"We recognized the need for healthy, fresh and tasty foods, however what was on offer from the existing operators was bland and tasteless".

Thus the start of Hero Sushi.

We then looked at the growth and proliferation of the Sushi business throughout Sydney, and realized the same story was to apply. Sushi was pre made in factories, and by the time a customer purchased the product the Sushi had already lost its goodness and flavor.

As a company we established Hero Sushi and more recently added Hero Teppanyaki (added lunch version of Teppanyaki) to our growing structure. Here we provide a quality product, freshly made and extremely tasty.

All of our head chefs are Japanese and extremely proud of their food, quality and tastes in all very authentic Japanese styles. Our staffs are extremely well trained to provide the best service "with a smile".

As you will see we have a very professional and experienced team, from the design team right through to the kitchen team. We have the longevity of the restaurant business, and the right formula and attitude to build up our brands.
